Community Health Worker Online Training Program

CUSTOMIZED WORKFORCE TRAINING
accessibility vs. rigor

Our program balances accessibility and rigor to ensure broad access while preparing learners to be competitive in the community health workforce. This framework helps establish clear expectations around professionalism and academic integrity. Rigor is reflected in participation requirements aligned with workforce standards, including the use of a verified work email address and documentation of a learner’s fieldwork experience. Accessibility is embedded in instructional design and learner support, with content delivered through multiple formats, (video, written, and visual), and a direct line to program assistance. Together, these elements ensure the program is inclusive, accountable, and workforce-ready.

INTEGRATE TRAINING INTO YOUR BRAND’S IDENTITY

Upon successful completion learners will receive a CA Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) compliance package, including a printable PDF of the Certified Community Health Worker (CHW) certificate issued by National Career Education Center (NCEC). Certificates will be available for employer verification purposes.
